Andras Csiszar is a "Ten Times" Hungarian National Powerlifting Champion in the senior 75Kg bodyweight division, and still the official record holder for the deadlift in the 60Kg division, lifting 222kg in 1995 over 3.5 times his own bodyweight.

Andy started his powerlifting career in 1988 competing in his first competition 1990.

As a chef by trade, sports nutrition is of great interest to Any, who is currently working on recipes to make what are normally considered the bland ingredients of a powerlifters diet - more interesting.

Andy now trains at the Hi-Rep Gym in Fokestone Kent, and can be see there most days.

Andy is resident in the United Kingdom. he is 36 years of age. His aim is to become the 1st Powerlifter in World History to win 3x World Powerlifting Titles with three independent Powerlifting Federations in one single month.
